Important Info Before You Book Your On-Road Lessons with Rebecca


📅 How Scheduling Works

  • Appointments are booked online only. Use the link Rebecca provided.

  • Schedule opens 7 days in advance only. If you don’t see availability, check back daily.

  • You might see messages like “No appointments available in June.” That just means nothing is open this week — not the whole month.

  • You must have your learner’s permit with you at the time of your lesson.

⏱ Lesson Length & Timing

  • Even though Calendly shows 35 minutes, your actual lesson will be 1 to 2 hours long.

  • Please plan your day accordingly and do not book back-to-back plans.

  • Be available 15 minutes before and after your scheduled time in case of early/late pickup.

  • If your pickup location is outside of Chicopee, you may need to meet at the driving school. Reach out if you're unsure.

❗️Cancellations & No-Permit Policy

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a $25 cancellation fee applies.

  • If you show up without your permit, you’ll be charged the same $25 fee.

  • This fee must be paid before booking another lesson.

  • Who have completed both classroom hours and the parent class

You're not alone! Here are a few of the most common one's students ask:

Q: Why does it say the lesson is only 35 minutes on the booking page?
A: Calendly uses a placeholder time, but don’t worry—your actual lesson will be 1 to 2 hours long, depending on your progress and availability that day.

Q: Can I bring a friend or parent with me in the car during the lesson?
A: Driving lessons are one-on-one. It’s important that you're able to focus without distractions. Your instructor needs your full attention to help you succeed.

Q: I don’t see any open times. Does that mean Rebecca is booked for the whole month?
A: Not at all! The schedule only opens 7 days in advance. New time slots are released daily. Keep checking back and grab a spot as soon as it appears.
